2.2 Contact and Campaign Data
When you use the Platform to run calling campaigns, you upload contact lists and campaign configurations. This data includes:
- Names, phone numbers, and any additional fields in your contact list
- Call scripts, objectives, and AI agent instructions you provide
- Message templates and associated media, if Phase 2 messaging is enabled
You are the data controller for all personal data within your contact lists. HaloraAI acts as a data processor on your behalf and processes this data only to deliver the services you have configured.
2.3 Call and Interaction Data
The Platform automatically collects data about calls and interactions, including:
- Call recordings and transcripts of AI-conducted conversations
- Call metadata: duration, outcome, timestamp, and disposition status
- Message delivery and read receipts, if Phase 2 messaging is enabled
- Campaign performance metrics and analytics
2.4 Technical and Usage Data
We automatically collect certain technical information when you access the Platform:
- IP address, browser type and version, and operating system
- Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the Platform
- Error logs, crash reports, and performance metrics

- Service delivery: To set up your account, configure your AI agents, and execute your campaigns.
- Billing and payments: To process subscription fees and generate GST-compliant invoices.

6. Data Retention

- Call recordings and transcripts: For 12 months from the date of the call, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Contact list data: Until you delete it from the Platform or for 30 days after account termination, whichever is earlier.
- Campaign analytics: For 24 months from the date of the campaign.
After these periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
